Terms of Service

Last updated 14 October 2026

ttcast is a live streaming service for table tennis clubs, operated by KOI Systems, Lda (NIF 515 385 425), Lisbon, Portugal. These terms apply to clubs using ttcast and to people watching a club's broadcasts.

The service

ttcast lets a club broadcast its matches from a phone, keep the recordings, show them on the club's ttcast site and, where the club chooses, also send them to the club's own YouTube channel or Facebook Page.

The club's content

The club owns its broadcasts and is responsible for having the right to film and publish them, including the consent of players or their guardians where needed. Public broadcasts are visible to anyone; private ones only to the club's approved members.

YouTube and Facebook

A club that connects a YouTube channel or a Facebook Page lets ttcast create, publish, end and hide the club's broadcasts there, and nothing else. The club also agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service or Meta's Terms, as applicable. The club can disconnect at any time from its panel.

Acceptable use

No content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights (including music played in the hall that the club has no licence for), or breaks the platform's own rules.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. Recordings on ttcast are deleted automatically after 30 days, or sooner if the club deletes them; copies sent to a club's YouTube channel or Facebook Page stay there until the club removes them.

Privacy
